Gentalyn Receives Marketing Authorization in Chile

Charlotte, North Carolina - (January 8, 2010) – BurnsAdler Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“BurnsAdler”) announced today that Gentalyn^® has received marketing approval from the Instituto de Salud Publica in Chile. Gentalyn^® is a fully resorbable gentamicin-impregnated collagen sponge indicated for the prevention and treatment of bone and soft tissue infections caused by sensitive bacteria. BurnsAdler will be co-marketing Gentalyn^® with its local partner Laboratorio Pasteur     S.A., (“Pasteur”).
