International Management Team

(August 5, 2002) - BurnsAdler Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
("BurnsAdler") announced today the hiring of key executives
that founded and successfully built the international division of King
Pharmaceuticals. Included in the hire are Bryan Somerville, Executive
Vice President and William Taylor, Director - International Legal and
Regulatory Affairs.
