Agreement.

Inc. (“BurnsAdler”) announced today that it has entered into a
ten year promotional agreement with Theramed Corporation to
market select pharmaceutical products in Canada.

The partnership agreement with BurnsAdler Pharmaceuticals is
expected to yield a steady pipeline of additional products for
Theramed to promote in Canada.
